Sheesh this took me forever. I was only able to work on bits and pieces of this everyday cause I didn't have time to just sit down and spend a day on anything right now. So this sorta took a span of 2 weeks to finish, 1 more week than I'd wanted to take on it. [sigh] ah wells >A<!

Wanted to draw something resembling Hungary + Austria without too much romance and a lot of other characters I don't find myself sketching out of boredom.
The thing is, I didn't want to draw them in their own clothes cause.. a need change? lol
the uniform is off of an image I found.. but I can't remember where I found it =A=;;
